These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and yesplay ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the yesplay website, mobile interface, and all associated services, games, and features (collectively, "the Platform").

By creating an account on yesplay, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them unconditionally. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered on the Platform, including but not limited to sports betting, cricket wagering, live casino games, slots, Monster Dice, and any other gaming or entertainment product made available by yesplay from time to time.

1.1 Governing Language

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy between a translated version and the English original, the English version shall prevail in all circumstances.

1.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

1.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable bonus or promotion terms published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and yesplay with respect to your use of the Platform, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals.

Participation in any betting or gaming activity on yesplay is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times while using the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. The minimum legal age requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. yesplay does not permit access to persons under the age of 18 under any circumstances.
• You are participating on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement with yesplay or any affiliated platform.
• You are not a director, employee, contractor, or family member of a director or employee of yesplay or any of its affiliated entities.
• Gambling is not prohibited in the jurisdiction in which you are located at the time of placing a bet or playing a game.

2.1 Age Verification

yesplay reserves the right to request proof of age documentation from any player at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or driver's licence issued by the Government of Bangladesh. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age within the stipulated timeframe will result in account suspension until verification is complete.

2.2 Underage Play

Any winnings accrued by a player who is found to be under the age of 18 will be forfeited in full. yesplay takes underage gambling extremely seriously and will report suspected cases to the appropriate authorities where required by applicable law.

To access betting and gaming features on yesplay, you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile phone number.

3.1 Accuracy of Information

You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. You are obligated to promptly notify yesplay of any changes to your registered details by updating your account profile or contacting support. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any remaining balance.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active account on yesplay at any time. Duplicate accounts — whether created deliberately or inadvertently — will be merged or closed at yesplay's discretion. Winnings and bonuses associated with duplicate accounts may be forfeited. If you have inadvertently created more than one account, you must contact support immediately to resolve the situation.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. yesplay will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify yesplay support immediately via live chat. yesplay reserves the right to suspend any account where there is reasonable suspicion of unauthorised access pending investigation.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

yesplay operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering obligations. Verification is required before processing any withdrawal request. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months), and proof of the payment method used for deposits.

All financial transactions on yesplay are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform supports deposits and withdrawals through the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard.

4.1 Deposits

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

Deposits made to a yesplay account must be used for genuine gaming activity and may not be deposited and withdrawn without any substantive wagering activity taking place.

4.4 Failed or Declined Transactions

If a deposit transaction is declined by your payment provider, the funds will not be credited to your yesplay account. yesplay is not responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider in connection with failed transactions. 5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players who register a verified yesplay account and make their first qualifying deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000, subject to the specific eligibility criteria, wagering requirements, and time limits published on the promotions page at the time of the offer. Welcome bonuses are available to each new player once only and may not be claimed more than once regardless of the number of accounts created.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, all bonus funds credited to a yesplay account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as cash. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each bonus is specified in the individual promotion terms. Failure to satisfy the wagering requirement within the stated validity period will result in the bonus funds and any winnings generated from them being removed from the account.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse, manipulate, or circumvent the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing opposing bets to hedge bonus wagering requirements, or using a bonus in a manner inconsistent with genuine gaming activity — will result in the bonus being voided, associated winnings being forfeited, and the account being flagged for review. yesplay's determination of what constitutes bonus abuse is final.

5.4 Seasonal and Event Promotions

yesplay periodically offers special promotions tied to cricket events (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures) and cultural occasions such as Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, and Independence Day. These promotions are time-limited and subject to their own specific terms. yesplay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

All bets placed on the yesplay Platform are subject to the specific rules governing each sport, market, or game type. These rules are accessible from within each product on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these general Terms, the product-specific rules shall prevail for matters directly related to the conduct of that bet or game.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

yesplay reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets placed after an event has concluded, bets placed using erroneous odds resulting from a technical error, or bets that exceed account-specific or market-specific limits. A bet is only valid once confirmed by the Platform and a unique bet reference number has been issued to the player.

6.2 Palpable Errors

In the event that a bet is accepted at odds that are materially incorrect due to a human or technical error — commonly referred to as a "palpable error" or "palp" — yesplay reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's account. This right applies regardless of whether the bet has already been settled. yesplay will notify affected players within a reasonable timeframe when bets are voided under this clause.

6.3 Casino and RNG Games

All casino games and Random Number Generator (RNG) slot titles available on the yesplay Platform use certified RNG software from licensed game providers including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is displayed within the game's information panel. Past outcomes have no influence on future results in any RNG game.

6.4 Live Casino

Live casino games streamed on yesplay are provided by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. All live dealer games are conducted according to the rules published by the respective provider. In the event of a technical interruption during a live casino game, the hand or round in progress at the time of the interruption will be handled in accordance with the provider's disconnection policy.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the yesplay Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person without their explicit written authorisation.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• Using the Platform while located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the technical infrastructure of the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or collect data.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sports manipulation in connection with bets placed on yesplay.
• Colluding with other players in any casino game, poker room, or any other multiplayer gaming context.
• Exploiting software bugs, vulnerabilities, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Using stolen payment credentials or fraudulent financial instruments to fund a yesplay account.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing yesplay employees, support agents, or other players via any communication channel.

yesplay's security and compliance team continuously monitors the Platform for prohibited conduct. Detection of any of the above activities will result in immediate remedial action including, but not limited to, account suspension, balance confiscation, and law enforcement reporting.

yesplay reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to do so. Grounds for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to pass KYC identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activity involving the account.
• A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request relating to the account.
• Account inactivity — accounts with no login or transaction activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant and subject to a monthly administrative fee not exceeding ৳200 or the account balance, whichever is lower.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your yesplay account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Upon receipt of a closure request, yesplay will process any pending withdrawals of verified funds remaining in your account to your registered payment method within the standard processing timeframe. Any active bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

8.2 Effect of Closure

Following account closure, all access to the Platform — including historical transaction records, bet history, and game history — will be removed. yesplay retains data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data retention obligations. Closed accounts may not be reopened except in cases of confirmed error, at yesplay's sole discretion.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to exclude themselves from the Platform for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately upon confirmation by the support team. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be locked and no deposits, bets, or gameplay will be permitted.
